Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the daily store operations and team performance at Stroberi Accessories counters. We're looking for someone with leadership skills, strong customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth store activities and excellent customer experiences.

  • 🛠 Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and monitor store staff performance
    • Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and up to standard
    • Deliver great customer service and execute promotional activities
    • Train and onboard new employees
    • Assist in daily problem solving and store operations
    • Ensure smooth workflow during shifts

  • ✅ Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
    • At least 1 year of experience in retail (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
    • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Hardworking, honest, independent, and a good team player
    • Able to work under pressure and solve in-store issues effectively
    • Willing to travel if needed
