Merchandiser – Department Store

We’re hiring a Merchandiser for Department Store to manage stock levels, maintain attractive displays, and support sales performance at Stroberi counters. This role requires someone who’s detail-oriented, fast-paced, and has a good eye for retail presentation.

  • 🛠 Responsibilities:

    • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at assigned department stores
    • Check and maintain product displays according to visual merchandising standards
    • Coordinate with store teams to report on stock needs and product requests
    • Help increase sales through effective product placement and presentation
    • Provide daily or weekly reports on product performance

  • ✅ Requirements:

    • Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK)
    • Experience as merchandiser or retail promoter is a plus
    • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive
    • Interested in fashion retail and knowledgeable about product trends
    • Good communication skills and team collaboration"
