Marketplace Specialist
Stroberi Accessories is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces. You'll be responsible for handling product listings, optimizing visibility, analyzing data, and exploring new e-commerce opportunities to boost online sales.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor product inventory across online platforms
- Create, update, and optimize product listings
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketplace marketing strategies
- Conduct research on pricing strategies, customer behavior, and new marketplace opportunities
- Analyze sales performance and marketplace metrics
- Monitor competitor listings and maintain competitive pricing
- Handle backend processes, logistics coordination, and customer feedback improvement
- Develop Stroberi’s marketplace presence by identifying new sales channels

✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online marketing (2–3 years preferred)
- Experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other local e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and willing to learn new tools
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, or Google Analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketplace operations, and content creation
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and with teams
- Interest in retail and fashion accessories is a plus"
