HRD - Trainer Staff

We’re looking for a passionate Trainer Staff to join our HRD team at Stroberi Accessories! If you have a strong background in retail operations and love developing people through impactful training sessions, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for delivering professional training to store teams across locations and helping them grow through structured learning programs.

  • 🛠 Responsibilities:

    • Manage and monitor product inventory across online platforms
    • Create, update, and optimize product listings
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketplace marketing strategies
    • Conduct research on pricing strategies, customer behavior, and new marketplace opportunities
    • Analyze sales performance and marketplace metrics
    • Monitor competitor listings and maintain competitive pricing
    • Handle backend processes, logistics coordination, and customer feedback improvement
    • Develop Stroberi’s marketplace presence by identifying new sales channels
  • ✅ Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma Degree
    • At least 3 years of experience as a trainer or team leader, preferably in retail industry
    • Strong understanding of retail operations
    • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
    • Energetic, highly motivated, problem solver, and team-oriented
    • Able to work under pressure and adapt in dynamic environments
    • Willing to travel for training to out-of-town store locations
