HRD – Event & Employee Branding

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as HRD – Event & Employee Branding. You’ll be responsible for planning internal events, managing our internal social media (@lifeatstroberi), and building engagement to strengthen employee connection and pride in the company.

  • 🛠 Responsibilities:

    • Plan and organize internal events (team building, company anniversaries, employee appreciation, etc.)
    • Manage and create content for the internal Instagram account @lifeatstroberi
    • Increase employee engagement through digital storytelling and internal communication strategies
    • Develop employer branding strategies to promote Stroberi as a fun and vibrant workplace
    • Collaborate with different departments to highlight positive and inspiring moments from the workplace

  • ✅ Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Psychology, Management, or related field
    • Experience in event organizing, employer branding, or internal social media is a plus
    • Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about building company culture
    • Skilled in content creation (writing, photography, video editing)
    • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and social media tools
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
