Fitting Out Staff
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fitting Out Staff to manage the construction and interior setup of Stroberi stores. This role involves handling all aspects of store fitting projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and supervision—ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing full or partial store construction and fitting out processes
- Create 3D design concepts using relevant design software
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and with proper quality
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and external parties before the project begins
- Supervise and manage construction work on-site
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Lead and manage the team or subcontractors involved in the project

✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Architecture or Interior Design with minimum GPA of 3.00
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or contractor companies is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Ability to estimate and calculate project budgeting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, proactive, highly motivated, honest, and fast learner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
