Store Crew

Stroberi Accessories is hiring energetic and friendly Store Crew members to take part in retail operations as Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) or Cashiers. You will assist customers, maintain product displays, and handle transactions. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about fashion retail and enjoy a dynamic store environment.

  • 🛠 Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Explain products and provide suitable recommendations
    • Maintain clean and attractive product displays
    • Handle sales transactions at the cashier (POS system, cashless payments, etc.)
    • Assist with daily stock reporting and restocking
    • Keep work areas clean and follow store SOPs
    • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
    • Create a pleasant and helpful shopping experience for all customers

  • ✅ Requirements:

    • Female, max. 25 years old
    • Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK)
    • Presentable, confident, and well-groomed
    • Friendly, communicative, and interested in fashion retail
    • Willing to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
    • Honest, disciplined, responsible, and a good team player
    • Previous experience as SPG/Cashier is preferred
    • Willing to be placed according to store needs
    • Willing to join training and follow company standards
